According to Costa Rican authorities, the suspect is a Colombian citizen, whom they’re only identifying by his family names, Caicedo Lopez. It is unclear at the moment if he is linked to any larger organizations and if he was working alone.

An Ariana Grande in Manchester, UK was targeted by terrorists on May 22. Twenty-two people, including many child fans of the pop singer, were killed and more were injured in the blasts.
