President Donald Trump thinks he’s paying too much in property taxes on his Palm Beach County golf club. He’s suing the Palm Beach County property appraiser and the head of the Florida Department of Revenue, claiming the Trump National Golf Club in Jupiter, Fla., isn’t worth nearly as much as they say it is.

While Trump’s financial disclosures in 2016 and 2017 say the golf club is worth “over $50 million,” a complaint filed by Jupiter Golf Club LLC, which owns the property, insists it’s not worth the appraiser’s estimate of $18.4 million, the Palm Beach Post reported.

The suit was filed against Property Appraiser Dorothy Jacks, Palm Beach County Tax Collector Anne Gannon and the head of the Florida Department of Revenue. This latest filing is part of an ongoing dispute between Trump and the property appraiser over the taxable value of the 213-acre golf club.

In 2014, Trump insisted the property was not nearly worth the $25 million it was appraised at, saying he paid only $5 million for it in 2012. Most recently, the golf club was appraised at $18.4 million, making his annual tax bill amount to $383,171, the newspaper reported.
