Alex Rodriguez was a notable no-show for Derek Jeter’s jersey retirement ceremony Sunday evening.

But A-Rod, who spent most of Sunday celebrating Mother’s Day in Miami, wasn’t far from Yankee Stadium when his former teammate received the franchise’s highest honor.

A-Rod’s night included dinner with girlfriend Jennifer Lopez at Nobu in Midtown Manhattan, where they were spotted walking with locked arms outside the restaurant.

Ron Berkowitz, a spokesman for Rodriguez, told the Daily News that A-Rod flew to New York from Miami Sunday evening in time for a Monday morning appearance on CNBC’s “Squawk Box.” A-Rod is also co-chairing a charity event for the Robin Hood Foundation on Monday.

Berkowitz said he was unsure if A-Rod was on the Yankees’ invitee list, which included ex- teammates Jorge Posada, Mariano Rivera and other Yankee greats..

“I don’t know if (he) was invited,” Berkowitz said. “I have no idea.”

“Thank you for the pleasure of playing alongside you for so many years. Congrats, Captain. #JeterNight”

But after an ultra-awkward interview with Jeter on CNBC earlier this month, A-Rod seemed to have kept his distance this time, instead sticking with J-Lo.
