She recently made the shock confession that her silicone bum implants were leaking into her body, putting her health at serious risk.
But Alicia Douvall appeared to cast her worries aside on Thursday in order to enjoy a relaxing day in Malibu with her daughter Papaya, four.
The former Celebrity Big Brother star, 37, confidently flaunted her figure in a vibrant coral bikini despite recent concerns over her appearance, as she taught her youngest to swim during their sun-soaked getaway.

Dressed in the brightly-coloured two-piece, the model showcased her enviably slim physique as she played in the pool with her sweet little girl.
Her halterneck top plunged into an incredibly deep and wide V at her chest, giving an eye-popping display of her ample cleavage as she soaked up the Californian sun.
She paired the daring top with an equally skimpy pair of bottoms which cut into thin straps at her hips, to show off the brunette's slender pins and elongate her already leggy figure.

Sporting nothing but the bikini Alicia left her famous model figure and impressively flat stomach on show for all to see as she paddled in the water with her daughter, before transferring to her sunbed to soak up the last rays of the day.
Meanwhile her four-year-old looked more than ready for the task at hand in a purple swimsuit as she took to the water for one of the first times.
Happily splashing and laughing, the youngster was then helped to glide through the water by her mother - before she took to the skill alone, without the help of armbands.

Leaving her hair in its natural curly state and dressing her face with just a set of sunglasses, Alicia looked completely relaxed as she enjoyed her time away after a stressful few months.
The reality star revealed late last year that after undergoing a whopping 350 surgeries, the implants in her rear were now beginning to disintegrate, causing the silicone to leak into her body.
Appearing on Loose Women last month, the model - who suffers from body dysmorphia - admitted she didn't know whether to remove her damaged implants, due to the affect it may have on her appearance.

‘I don’t want to have surgery ever again but obviously there’s complications because I’ve had so much and they discovered I have leaking bum implants,' she explained. ‘So I have a dilemma to either take them out or have silicon in my body.
Weighing in following a bemused reaction from the panel, co-host Gloria Hunniford told the mother of two: 'You've got children - surely it's a no-brainer?'
'It's not as black as white as that,' justified Alicia. 'If I had them taken out I would have saggy excess skin...it’s a psychological issue, I don’t have the body confidence.'
Alicia, real name Sarah Howes, has always been candid about undergoing a huge amount of plastic surgery procedures - previously claiming to have spent over £1million on elective work.
However she later revealed during the interview that she was now turning her back on surgery, after realising it does not increase self-esteem or confidence.
'I would never endorse surgery because I know first-hand it doesn't work,' Alicia explained. 'Plastic surgery is like wearing your insecurities on your sleeve. It gives you hope.'
Reflecting on the trigger that sparked her addiction to surgery, the TV personality added that as a child she wanted to be 'exactly like Barbie' - much to the panel's astonishment.
'It's not really about Barbie,' panellist Jane Moore told her bluntly. 'It's you looking in the mirror and not liking what you see.'
